Waubonsee Community College repeated as winners of the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference's (ISCC) All-Sports Trophy for the 2023-2024 school year. It marks the 10th time that Chiefs' Athletics has won the ISCC's prestigious award since its' inception in 1976, and fourth time out of the last six years the award has been given out. Just three points separated four schools for the top spot with Waubonsee compiling 40 total points to narrowly retain the Stanley Cup-like trophy for another year. Morton College was second with 37.5 points, while Moraine Valley Community College and the College of Lake County each tallied 37 points.
Waubonsee has perennially finished near the top of the standings for this annual award, which is a measure of the overall quality of each ISCC college's sports programs. The conference's eight schools compete in twelve sports with six each for men and women. A point system, awarded in descending order of each school's conference finish, is tallied in each sport with the highest overall total determining the winner.
The Chiefs won three ISCC titles during the school year with Women's Soccer, Men's Basketball and Women's Cross Country winning championships. In addition, Softball and Women's Volleyball each placed second in the ISCC standings, while Men's Cross Country and Men's Soccer both finished third.
